What’s your return policy?

Returns should be within 14 days.

Items returned must be in their received condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, packaging damaged or altered in any way. 

In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
